1. Jetty / Port (5200)
a. Molore Port and Lameruru Port
b. Interconnected or complementary to each other

i. Bulk cargo ships;
ii. Container cargo ships;
iii. LNG ships;
iv. Tugs and barges;
d. Other jetty or port facilities.

2. Water Infrastructure (5500):
including water treatment to produce clean water and supply water to the processing plants ( including with other utilities services facilities.

3. Industrial waste treatment and used water treatment (5600), industrial park waste management facilities.

5. Office buildings (5120) for the management of the industrial park.

6. Fire fighting & other emergency station (5130) facilities.

7. Supporting facilities (5140) area, i.e. workshops, engineering services, small factories, etc.

8. Business centre (5120) and supporting facilities (to be located outside main gate of industrial park).
